If all books were electronic, how much paper would we save? How much paper in the U.S. is used only on newspapers (weekly, monthly, or yearly)?
What overall impact would this have on the environment if, as a country, we were ”paperless”?
Thanks in advance!
P.S.
Yes I know traditional books will never go away, and I agree they have a certain ”feel” that I also enjoy. I am not looking for answers that argue the point of paperbacks… just the impact of e-books. Thanks
