How do you buy a ebook if you don’t have a credit card?

I really want to get Bob Grant’s “How To Get Him Back” ebook and a few others but I don’t have a credit card and it doesn’t seem to be in stores?? =/

When i book on line and enter my credit card info and they have accepted without giving me the e -ticket?

After giving all the details ( credit no. ) it says there is an error and it appeared they have accepted my payment without giving me the e- ticket. I’m flying from London to Singapore stopover in KL. Pls advise.
