How do I convert video to DVD?

I have 3 or 4 camcoder video tapes that I would like to convert to DVD. Is there software that I need to buy or is it easier to have someone else do it? If so, what would I look under in the phonebook for someone who specializes in that, and what is a reasonable rate?

Best handheld video camera , teen girl ; making music videos :) ?

My friends and i like making music videos , and for now were using my laptop webcam ,
but that would look pretty bizare taking that outside ,
i wanted to know a small handheld video camera i could get , like the flip but nicer quality maybe ?
i was looking at the kodak zi8 , if anyone has that , can you take short different clips and edit them , add music and stuff to easily make a music video ? is the software nice ?

or any other ones people use , recommend your favorite and if it would be good for music videos

what software can i download for my sony dcr-hc30 cam?

i bought a sony handheld dcr-hc30 camcorder and i lost the cd software for it and my disc drive doesnt work on my computer does any one know were i can download a software to import the media from the mini dv tape to the computer with a usb cable?please annswer and ill give 10 points
