What software is available to easily create ebooks?

Need some kind of ebook creator that will setup layout easily so I can just type in the text I have prepared and perhaps add some images. Either a program or templates for Acrobat Writer will do. Any ideas people?

what folder on the PSP do I copy my ebook onto?

When I plug my PSP into windows XP PC, It comes up as a removable drive. I had a program called psp ebook creator which turned the pages into photos which I was supposed to copy onto my PSP.

Only problem though, there was a video folder and a PSP folder. In the PSP folder it had stuff like saved games and internet browser but no photos folder, so how am I going to copy it on, which folder do I put it on. I have a fat PSP-1002

How much would you pay for an e-book that taught you a method to earn $300 a month online?

I have written a guide and anyone can do this so its not a scam or anything. I’m not trying to sell my guide on here or anything. I’m trying to figure out a good price to sell it for. I was thinking for $7, but I think its worth more than that. 1 hour a day of work = $300 a month extra income. What do you think?

How do you get face book to reset a password to a new e-mail? I can no longer access the original e-mail?

I changed all my passwords a few days ago when I was drunk and could not remember the face book and my msn contact e-mail with them. But I would like to have a new password sent to the yahoo e-mail but it is not listed with them and can’t add it without signing in. I am blocked out of the msn e-mail.
